Huntley, IL – Andrew’s Assist is proud to dedicate Huntley’s first two SaveStations each containing an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to be available for public use 24/7 in the event of a heart emergency.
Andrew’s Assist teamed up with the Huntley Park District and SaveStation to install the stations in two locations at Tomaso Park. One is located on the walkway between the baseball and softball fields. The other is in the parking lot next to the soccer fields.
Andrew’s Assist was established to honor the life and legacy of Andrew Fulcer who died suddenly and unexpectedly after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in May 2022. We are dedicated to increasing survival rates among young people suffering sudden cardiac arrest. In the event of a sudden cardiac arrest, bystander intervention is critical for saving lives.
